Nightmares…Get paid for taking Surveys..OPI “Rally Pretty Pink” Swatch

Well I haven’t really been writing in great detail about what has been going on with me, and I believe that is why I have been feeling that my posts have been a little impersonal and boring.

So instead of just showing you this lovely swatch of OPI’s “Rally Pretty Pink”, I will also tell you a story about what happened to me last night. I hope you get a laugh, I feel so foolish.

This morning around 6:00 am I woke up because I heard a sound coming from the other end of the house. I walked outside of my room (after grabbing my glass candle holder …just in case), across the hallway from my room is my sister’s and her door was closed and I was sure that that door was never opened. To the right of my sister’s room is a hallway that leads to my parents room and their door was open and I could hear my father snoring.  I then turned around and looked down the main hallway that connects the bed rooms to the main house.

It was dark and there was a light coming from the family room. I was sure that my dad left the lamp on but for some reason I was just so scared that someone was in my house. I have never had that feeling of dread before and I felt so stupid. I went into my parents room and woke up my dad. This is kind of what I said to him:

“Dad, Dad I think someone broke into the house… Do people rob this early in the morning?”

– “Ahh do you want me to go look for you?”

” Yes…but hold on let me get something first”

My dad gets out of bed, while I go back into my room to get the only thing I could think of that would somewhat help us if there was someone else in the house. I returned to my parents bedroom and handed my father a pen (without the cap). He looked at me and said:

-“What do I need this for?”

“For protection”

-“I have my fists for that”

“No dad, that’s not enough what if he has a knife?”

-“Well how is a pen going to help?”

” Stab that a**h*** in the neck, I’m not going down without a fight”

He just laughed at me. I have always felt that if something were to happen to me, I would at least put up a fight. I don’t want to die knowing that I was too weak to at least try and fight for my life. Well I walked in front of him down the hallway and he said “why are you coming? and why are you walking in front of me?”. I told him that I wasn’t going to let some MF take him down (haha). When we got to the end of the hallway I yelled out “we have no money! Nothing of value here”, my dad was like “why are you yelling shhh”.

Well turns out there was no one in the house, it was just one of the cats going out to the laundry room to use the bathroom.

I have no idea why I was so scared.. I made my dad lay down on my couch in my room until I fell back asleep. So strange, have you ever had that type of feeling before?

OK so back to nail polish:

Description: ‘Rally Petty Pink’ is part of the OPI Serena Williams Grand Slam! collection. I have almost the entire collection, its has some great colors. It’s a beauty shimmer polish that shines brown/gold/pink its very similar to “Wocka Wocka” in the shimmer context.

Rating overall (excellent, good, fair, poor): Excellent!

Color (1-5): 4

Formula (excellent, good, fair, poor): Good

Coats: Only took two coats

Base coat/ Top coat: No base or Top coat used, This polish does need a base coat and no need for a top coat.

Stains: A little staining around my cuticles because its a shimmer polish but it came off when I washed my hands after.

Dry time (fast, normal, slow): Fast!

Clean-up (easy, messy, hard): A little messy because of the shimmer on my cuticles.

Removal (fast, normal, slow): Normal

Price: $8.50 for a 15 ml bottle

Would I recommend to a friend: Yes

Get paid for taking Surveys My Latina Ladies

So I have been looking for ways to get some extra cash for my hobbies and I found this survey website that pays out $20 each time you get 1000 points, I only had to take 10 surveys and they were less than 5 minutes long. I already have 800 points so only 200 more points and I can get my $20 bucks!  I’m on the internet anyways so I might as well right?

There another website that is pretty cool you take surveys dealing with different products and you get a score, the higher the score the more products they will send you to review. And if you have a blog even better! they will give you the opportunity to review more products.

I have looked/read/reviewed these sites and them are legit. Don’t worry they don’t ask for any secret  information, trust me I’m so paranoid about stuff like that so I made sure to check out everything.
