julep june mystery box! [Video] =) Also Missing brush [Grrrrr!!!]
Hey guys,
i got my julep mystery box in the mail today! So i decided to make a video of me opening the box for the very first time! so please don’t judge lol! i had no idea what to do or say! but i think i did okay =)
so here you go! give me feedback i will appreciate it! i need to make a set up for future videos so that its consistent and easier for me… so if u guys have any advice also please share =)

yea that’s right! no brush! lmao! i knew they were having issues but…. Come on!! they really need to address their manufacture about this problem because this may change my mind about future boxes at least for now since its a frequent problem. these boxes are not cheap either for things like this to happen. I’ve bought cheap $1 polishes that have never had this problem… just saying

yea i emailed them with the picture! and i posted the pic on the fb page because i was just that upset! they commented on my pic that they would send me a new bottle!
That’s great! I got my first defective brush with the 2 for 1 Tuesday deal the other day & I was dummed! My new brushes are on the way, but I haven’t been able to use my new Drew polish in the week I’ve had it
That is the least you can do, so you don’t have to sent back to the other one? If so, you can use the same brush and get twice the polish!!!! Awesome!!!
Yea it is a nice gesture from them but honestly whoever they r paying for manufacturing is costing them a lot of money

It is a really cute color. That’s my favorite summer shade. I would definitely complain, I’m glad they decided to send you a new one. I really think having a blog is an advantage in those situations. Companies are really worried about bad press and if that’s what it takes for them to compensate you the right way, so be it. 🙂

Aw the video was cute! Do more! I had to laugh because it looked like your nails were NOT painted. Go figure right? I love your colors. No dupes? I don’t think I’d order the mystery box if I was a subscriber to them honestly. I like the mystery box because it lets me buy once ain a while.
Lmao yea i noticed after that in the video my nails were not painted! i was too tired and work really early that day to i skipped on a mani!! and so far i haven’t gotten any dupes from julep in the mystery boxes. but thats cuz i buy 1 and then i get the monthly boxes but if u end up buying multiple mystery boxes u get a lot of dupes..
